the Greek Meatballs:

    • ¼ cup breadcrumbs

    • ¼ cup grated onion

    • 2 cloves garlic, minced

    • 1 large egg

    • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

    • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

    • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

    • ½ teaspoon cumin

    • ½ teaspoon salt

    • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

the Tzatziki Sauce:

    • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

the Bowl:

    • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

    • 1 cucumber, sliced

    • ½ cup Kalamata olives

    • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced

    • ¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled


Instructions

1: Make the Greek Meatballs

  1. In a large bowl, mix the ground meat, breadcrumbs, grated onion, minced garlic, egg, chopped parsley, dill, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper until the ingredients are thoroughly combined
  2. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs, keeping them uniform in size to ensure they cook evenly.
  3. Warm the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning them occasionally, until they are golden brown on all sides and fully cooked.

2: Prepare the Tzatziki Sauce
