Instructions
1. Brown the Meat
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef or shaved steak until fully browned. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then remove any excess fat.
2. Cook the Vegetables
Add the diced onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté for 3-4 minutes or until the vegetables soften slightly.
3. Prepare the Mixture
